Methods to cooking chicken are vast and varied, and in this class you’ll get your first taste in navigating this diverse poultry landscape. You’ll gain an understanding of the basics of purchasing whole chickens and chicken parts, how to tie a chicken, and, of course, how to properly cook a chicken. You’ll be practicing these techniques as you make sauteed chicken cutlets, chicken thighs provencal, and as you master the art of roasting a chicken.
