Chef Norman has always been a mentor on many levels to me over the years. This culinary school is the beginning of something great and he will be again instrumental to molding today’s culinary youth.

Chefs contribute to our culture in many ways but the single most important thing a chef can do is to teach the art and passion of the culinary arts to the larger community. Norman's cooking school will be the intersection of cuisine and culture and knowledge and I can't wait to be a part of this.
